All products sold through Mahoney Masterminds are digital — including online courses, leadership assessments, and subscription content. No physical goods are shipped.

Access & Delivery Timeframe

• Course purchases: Immediate access upon successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation with a link to your dashboard.
• Free courses & assessments: Instant enrollment upon signing up or clicking "Enroll."
• Subscriptions: Immediate access to all included courses upon successful payment. Recurring billing begins on the subscription start date.
• Coaching programs: Scheduling details provided within 24 hours of purchase via email or Calendly booking link.

Course Resource Downloads

Some courses include downloadable resources such as PDFs and presentation files. These are delivered through secure, time-limited download links accessible from within your course player. Download links expire 1 hour after generation for security purposes — simply click the download button again to generate a new link.

Technical Requirements

To access your digital products, you need:

• A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
• An active email address for account access and communications
• For video lessons: speakers or headphones (videos stream from YouTube)
• For resource downloads: a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) and/or presentation software

No Shipping Charges

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping or handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the total price (plus any applicable taxes).
