Digital Product Refund Policy

Since all Mahoney Masterminds products are digital and delivered instantly, we offer the following refund policy:

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

  • Course purchased within the last 14 days
  • Less than 50% of the course lessons have been completed
  • The request is made by the original purchaser

Not eligible for refund:

  • More than 50% of course lessons have been completed
  • The refund request is made after 14 days from purchase
  • Free courses and assessments (no charge was made)
  • Courses purchased with a coupon code marked as "final sale"

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

Cancelling a subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing cycles. You retain access to subscription content until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription refunds: Monthly and annual subscription payments are refundable within 3 days of the charge, provided less than 50% of subscription courses have been accessed during the current billing period. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods after the 3-day window.

Trial periods: If your subscription includes a free trial, no charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a refund request through our contact page
  2. Include your name, email address, order ID, and the course name
  3. State the reason for your refund request

Refund requests are processed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (credit card via Authorize.net). Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Coupon & Discount Refunds

If a course was purchased using a coupon or discount code, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the full course price. Coupons used on refunded orders cannot be reused.

Access Revocation

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the refunded course will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access the course content, videos, quizzes, or downloadable resources.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
